We will direct training participants to our online platform and conduct Complex Technical Assistance (CTA) activities via telephone. Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) Process Effective January 2020, RNs and/or LPNs are permitted to complete a Clinical Review of the HRST . The process and steps required to complete a Clinical Review within the HRST web-based application remain the same. Guidelines for agencies assigning LPNs to complete Clinical Reviews Train RNs to complete Clinical Reviews so that oversight can be given to LPNs, as needed. When possible, choose LPNs who have experience working with people with I/DD. When possible, utilize LPNs who have obtained I/DD specific credentialing, such as Developmental Disabilities Certified (DDC). RESIDENTIAL PROVIDER : To request addition, update, and/or removal of HRST users for the agency, please submit a revised or additional user spreadsheet to the HCQU HRST Gatekeeper ( hrstgatekeeper@kepro.com ), following the steps detailed in the HRST Best Practice Guide for PA Providers . New users receive HRST user profile credentials directly from HRS, via e-mail.
